The Bury Outdoor Group AKA Bury Walkers
I've not been very good at updating this site for quite a while, so there are lots of previously unpublished photos on here (I might add that some of us aren't retired)
A bunch of mad people who go up to the lakes regularly! Some of them are, or were, town planners, and they still meet up about 6 or 7 times a year in 'huts' around the lake district. Pleasures are simple, but plentiful, good company, good walks, and good beer. Peel throwing is optional....
